Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Serbia qualified for the playoffs in the Flag Football U15 European Championship. In the semi-finals Serbia will play against Italy and the Netherlands against Spain.
Italy and Spain were assured for the playoffs after the first competing day. For the remaining two places in semi-finals three teams competed – the Netherlands, Slovenia and Serbia. The Dutch lost over Spain and won over Romania, so they found a place among the best four Euroepan teams.
However, Slovenia and Serbia played the most uncertain game. In an intriguing and tense game, the two teams played a draw 26 : 26, but due to a better goal difference Serbia gained the right to qualify for the semi-finals.
Italy beat Spain 39 : 20, and has qualified from the 1st place for the semi-final. Spain was the second-ranked, The Netherlands 3rd and Serbia at the 4th position.
